Often times, New York apartments are limited in terms of space. I have done my best to utilize each and every corner of my New York studio apartment rental. While light fixtures and flooring will remain original, chocolate paint and white silk shantung drapes have given this studio character. I will continue to post changes to this space as the year progresses. On that note, if I had the option to install new floors, I would opt for something similar to the Lanvin SS 2008 image below.
